The Digital Universe Foundation is spearheading a little project to compile
a list of the most reliable Web resources of a certain kind. 

People often ask us, when they hear about what the Digital Universe is up
to, "How can I help?"  Well, here's our answer: construct this list, please!
It's a yeomanly way to help this worthy project get off the ground. 

And notice, the result will be useful not just to the DU, but to the world
in general!  We will release the list free to anyone to use, of course;
consider it in the public domain.
