Folks,

Here's the latest draft of the Steward Guide documentation. It  
matches the current BISTRO interface, including changes made to the  
Diorama and Icon pages. All graphics and instructions should now be  
up to date.

This draft also incorporates feedback from stewards and from QA  
(Thanks, Dung!!!). Please use if for any new stewards you're bringing  
on board.

Also, I have sent the latest on-line help files to Frank the Engineer  
for inclusion in the product. These should be in place within a  
couple of days (depending on Frank's schedule).
